Italian Regency Style Dining Table Plus 10 Chairs
An impressive Regency-style dining room set, imported from Italy. The table expands from 61" round to 108" oval with two leaves. The top is a luscious flame mahogany veneer finished in a unique lighter than usual finish with a banded border and fluted apron. The table is supported by a center pedestal which is decorated with gilt mounts and gilt dolphin fish for feet. Supports at each end provide stability when the leaves are in use. Surrounding the table, are 10 gorgeous dining chairs with curved backs and richly carved details. The center of each backrest is hand-painted in a floral motif in shades of green, ivory, and tan. The frame of the chair is finished to coordinate with the table. Seats are upholstered in a seafoam green diamond print raised chenille fabric. Made in Italy and originally purchased at the Design Center of the Americas (DCOTA) in South Florida from a high-end showroom specializing in Italian imports. Approximately 20 years old.

CONDITION NOTES
Excellent condition. Wear from normal use, such as surface scratches, nicks, and dings are found on the table. The chair frames show very little wear. The fabric is very clean. Spots were found on one seat (see photo).
