The Humorous Monkey Chest by Theodore Alexander. Constructed of mahogany with tooled metal panels riveted the top, sides, and top of plinth base. Four bronze finished brass monkeys connect the chest to the base. Nine dovetailed drawers each features a brass monkey head handle. Finally, a bronzed-finished ornate handle decorates each side of the chest.
Measurements: 42"W x 16"D x 41.5"H
CONDITION NOTES
In excellent condition with minor age-related cosmetic wear. Some light patina to the tooled metal and minor nicks/dings to the wood finish (see photos).
