Maitland Smith Cocktail or Coffee Table w Mother of Pearl Inlay

A beautiful and very special cocktail or coffee table by Maitland Smith. Rectangular or oval in shape with radius ends, sometimes refereed to as "Double Roman" shaped. Hand carved base with 6 turned legs with brass ferrules joined by scalloped stretchers. Border of the tray-style or picture frame style top features scrolled brass design. Top of the table features a wide brim of inlaid mother of pearl which frames in the inset glass top.

Measurements: 26" x 46" x 22"H

CONDITION NOTES
Excellent Condition. Showroom Sample, never used in a home. Minimal touch-up to the wood finish is needed in a few spots. Looks nearly new with no exposure to water or smoke.
